Onsite Hydrogen

Our pressurized alkaline electrolysers have been commercially available since 1994 and so far over 300 systems have been delivered for the production of ultra clean hydrogen and oxygen from water. The hydrogen is produced with a purity of 99,9 % and oxygen exits the cell block with a purity of 99.5 %. The gases may be further purified to 99.9995 %.

The electrolysers are delivered with integrated detectors and safety systems and have a track record of high reliability.

The weakest link in an electrolyser installation is the compressor. For most industrial installations our system will avoid the need for compressors as the hydrogen exits the cell block with pressures up to 5 MPa (50 bar).

We also avoid vibration and noise and may make use of the oxygen byproduct as both gases exit the cell block with the same pressure.

The lack of moving parts in our solution makes the maintenance requirement negligible.

As pressurized electrolysers are very compact they have relatively small space requirements.
